Recipe of teh day: Pinwheels

This is a recipe mmom used regularly. It also has tomato soup wich my four year old loves, so it goes over well at my house too.

2 1/4 cups of Biscuit mix
2/3 cup of milk
1 lb hamburger , browned
1 can tomato soup


Mix biscuit mix and milk together to make dough, more mix can be added if dough is too sticky. On a floured surface, roll dough into a rectangle about 1/3 inch thick. spread hamburger onto dough and roll dough up like you would cinnamon roll dough. Cut into 1 inch circles. Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes. Mix tomato soup with 1/2 can of water and warm it up. Pour the soup over the pinwheels. You can also use cream of mushroom soup if you prefer.
